• We perform cleaning services directly.
• We may refer you to independent vendors for other services.
• Referred vendors are not employees or partners of UNOComplete Solutions.
• Any issues with referred vendors must be handled directly with that company.
• By using our website or services, you agree to the terms below.

1. About UNOComplete Solutions

UNOComplete Solutions operates as a professional cleaning business serving residential and commercial clients in Georgia. We also offer referrals to independent, third-party service providers for additional services such as 24-hour emergency plumbing.

All referred vendors operate independently and are responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, and business practices.

2. Services Provided

Cleaning Services

UNOComplete Solutions provides cleaning services directly, including residential and commercial cleaning. Scope of work, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed prior to service.

Referred Services

For services not performed directly by UNOComplete Solutions (such as plumbing), we may suggest independent vendors as a convenience to our clients. These vendors are not affiliated with UNOComplete Solutions beyond the referral.

3. Service Requests & Scheduling

Service requests may be submitted through our website, contact forms, or by phone.

Availability depends on location, service type, and demand. While we strive for prompt responses, response times for referred vendors are not guaranteed and depend on vendor availability.

4. Payments

• Payments for cleaning services provided by UNOComplete Solutions are handled according to the terms communicated before service.
• Payments for referred services are made directly to the vendor, not to UNOComplete Solutions.
• Pricing, payment methods, and terms are determined by the service provider and disclosed prior to service.

UNOComplete Solutions does not process or control payments for referred vendors.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid possible fees.

Refunds or service adjustments for cleaning services provided by UNOComplete Solutions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

For referred vendor services, cancellation and refund policies are set by the vendor and must be addressed directly with them.

6. Vendor Standards & Referrals

We strive to recommend vendors who provide proof of licensing and insurance where required by Georgia law. However, UNOComplete Solutions does not supervise, manage, or guarantee the work of independent vendors.

We reserve the right to stop referring any vendor who fails to meet our internal standards.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate service information
• Ensure safe access to the property
• Disclose known hazards or risks
• Secure pets and personal belongings

Failure to do so may result in service delays or refusal.

8. Disclaimer of Responsibility for Referred Vendors

UNOComplete Solutions is not responsible for the quality, outcome, pricing, conduct, or business practices of any referred vendor.

Any disputes, complaints, damages, or service issues related to referred vendors must be resolved directly with the service provider.

Referral does not imply partnership, employment, or endorsement beyond the recommendation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law, UNOComplete Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from services performed by independent vendors.

Liability for cleaning services provided directly by UNOComplete Solutions is limited as permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy

Client information is used solely for service coordination and communication. We do not sell or share personal data except as required to fulfill service requests or comply with the law.

11. Changes to These Terms

UNOComplete Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Disclaimer at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
